Complete non-returnable glass bottling line for hot fill and cold fill Krones / KHS
Capacity: up to 33.000 bph by 500 ml glass bottles
(the capacity depends on the product, the product temperature and CO2 content)

Products:
juices like orange juice, apple juice, tomato juice, etc. but also cold fill products like CSD with CO2

Bottle sizes: 250 ml - 1000 ml

Capping type:
28 mm aluminium
33 mm aluminium twist-off cap
43 mm aluminium twist-off cap
(the twist-off capping machine is included in the scope of supply)

Labelling:
paper labels with cold glue on the bottle

Packaging:
wrap around packaging (full carton) or tray packaging but without foil shrinking station

Depalletizing and palletizing:
full automatically

This line was in production until end of 2025 in a German fruit juice and CSD company. It is still installed
but out of production in North East of Germany. With this line you are fully flexibel because of hot fill, cold fill with and without CO2 content and it is consist of industry-leading brands like KHS, Krones, Meypack, Logopack, etc.
