а) MELTING TANK
- Melting tank with a capacity of 5000 liters.
- Fast-acting heating of the thermal burner jacket with thermostatic control system.
- Insulated (100 mm; 80 kg/m³ Rockwool) tank body.
- Manhole (rectangular cross-section) with safety grid.
- Vertical stirrer/mixer for mixing the material.

б) SEALING GATE
- Hydraulic opening of the sealing gate with a chute for discharge of the material from the tank.
- Piston control with user-friendly hydraulic system
- Hydraulic gate available at the rear of the unit
- Optional second gate on the side of the unit

c) DIESEL ENGINE AND POWER SYSTEM
- Liquid-cooled Kubota diesel engine with 46 hp.
- Piston-type hydraulic pump (up to 350 bar) to supply the system.

г) TYPES OF CHASSIS
- Skid type unit for mounting on a truck, trailer or chassis.
- Optional tractor type or trailer type units are available on request.

д) HEATING SYSTEM
- Automatic diesel burner
o Minimum heat output (kW) up to ErP : 190 kW.
o Maximum heat output (kW) up to ErP : 310 kW
- Full jacketed heating system to reduce heat loss
- BALTUR Diesel burner for heating.
- Fully automatic thermostatic control system. The burner automatically stops at the set temperature.
- The diesel burner is activated by a 220 V network generated by an inverter powered by diesel engine batteries or can be connected to a landline (for heating without using fuel)
- Optional indirect heating system for thermal oil.

е) MIXING UNIT
- Vertical mixer for mixing materials
- High pressure piston type hydraulic motor to drive the gearbox.
- Powerful planetary gearbox to drive the chain
- Powerful chain to drive the mixer shaft (easily replaceable wear part)
- Hardox steel mixers and high shear components with robust construction.
- Up to 52000 Nm Mixing torque under peak hydraulic conditions (400 bar pressure)
